Who to report to?
Code words:
code words need to be used to cut time down on the radios, words like charlie charlie one ( all call signs ) need to be used so the stewards know they are all being addressed and spoken to. another code word (no duff) is used when a genuine casualty has happened and action needs to be taken quickly.
Call signs:
each team or group of stewards will have there own call sign E.G bravo1, bravo2, bravo3... you need to remember your call sign so you know when you are being spoke to, for orders and information on the event or a incident happening.
Correct procedures:
2.10 - Outline why it is important for stewards to take notes of info provided at briefings
It will contain information that the steward could rely on later, it also could have information for a specific role of that steward.

So they know where to be at what time so that the event runs smoothly.
