Sanitation - bugs can spread very easily in crowds of people, this means that sanitation is very important.
Safety -
Crowd build up - you cant let crowds build up around the venues and in the
Litter - the build up of litter can cause vermin which can result in disease's and bugs.
Broken Seats - broken seats could cause injuries to people that is why it is very importanrt to make sure that all seats are in good condition.
Insecure barriers - This could be stopping supporters getting to other supporters from the opposite team for example or to stop the public from going into areas that they should, for example prohibited areas for the public, only areas staff are allowed in.

Employment of services usually take care
of some of the hazards that have been mentioned. For example security firms are
hired to take care of security issues such as unidentified packages and
insecure barriers. Stewards usually take care of the litter issue by using bin
bags and handheld litter pickers, they will do this why they are walking round.
If something is broken then it will get
reported to either the police or the event office where further action will be
take if necessary (looking at CCTV or carrying out an investigation).
In regards to toilets, portaloos are
usually a popular source and so the company that has supplied them will take
care of supplying water, toilet paper and cleaning services.
